Orlando Ramirez - Managing Director & Creative Director
Orlando has always been fascinated by the process of imagination and creativity. His early interest in painting and cartooning led him to studies at Ringling School of Art and Design.
Orlando began his professional career at Hallmark Cards in 1994 as a traditional greeting card artist. With his background in
traditional art and digital techniques he has produced hundreds of designs and illustrations for publishing, advertising,books and the web. In 2000 Orlando saw the potential for the internet and joined America Online as one of their core Art Directors/Designers to specialize in editorial design, interactive design, motion graphics, and brand development.
Most recently, his passion for painting themes of Latin American traditions and story book illustration led him to work on a series of children’s books with
well-known actor and comedian, Cheech Marin. Orlando has also illustrated many hispanic-theme books for: Harcourt, Scholastic, Harper Collins, Learning Resources, Random House and many more.
Brian Vargish - Game Development Director
Brian Vargish is an interactive media professional with over ten years of combined experience at Internet pioneers PSINet and AOL. In addition, he has served as the leader and creative force behind the popular humor website Zooass.com since 1997. His passion for the web and thirst for knowledge has forged a career path comprised of positions covering almost every aspect of online media including UI and visual design, web development, and Flash game design.
This unusual blend of artistic and technical skills allows Brian to see a project from every angle. Brian is an integral part of Pinwheel's game development program, responsible for the delivery of engaging web experiences that increase site traffic and build customer loyalty.

and his creative process. With over 10 years of industry experience, Mitch understands the ways of integrating corporate competence with innovative design and style.
A student of Mechanical Engineering, Architecture and Studio Art, Mitch holds a BA in Studio Art and Graphic Design with a Communication minor from Virginia Tech. Mitch has performed the gamut of design and development roles for a variety of companies from start-ups to Fortune 50 financial institutions. Mitch is an award winning and published photographer and runs a vintage clothing and mid-century modern department store, Vintage Swank.
